Franchise Information Locations & Contacts FAQ's
How do you keep the child still while you take the impression?
You can never keep the child 100% still. We use specific casting techniques to give us an excellent angle for casting the child limiting their movement. The products that we use for casting sets whilst the impression is being taken and restricts the child's movement giving us the ultimate detail.

Will the casting process hurt my child?
No it will not hurt your child. The products that we use are 100% natural and in the thousands of castings that we have done no one has ever contacted us with any type of reaction to the product as we encourage our clients to do. All children react differently to having an impression taken ranging from sleeping through the entire process to showing their disapproval at the foreign sensation.

Do you ever have to repeat the casting process?
It does happen on the rare occasion we have to take another impression. This will be assessed by the expert taking your casting and may have to be redone to give us the perfect result that we aim to achieve for you as our client.

If I want several sets of impressions off my child how do you do that?
It is a very popular request by clients to have more than one casting done of their child. We basically have to take an impression for each number of completed products that you want. We cannot run several sets off the one casting.

What do you do with the original moulds after you have taken the impression?
During the process of creating the sculptures the original mould taken at the time of consultation is destroyed.
